Coming October 10, 2016. Celebrating it’s 40th year, the Tufts Health Plan 10K for Women is a Columbus Day tradition for many. This is a fast and flat course with views of the beautiful Boston skyline and the Charles River. Given the main sponsor of the event, Tufts Health Plan, it’s no surprise that a health and fitness theme prevails with a Health and Fitness expo, pre-race aerobics, a post-race stretch and sports massage, body composition testing, cholesterol screenings, and literature distribution on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Head to Boston and experience the joy and camaraderie of an all women’s race!
