Charlottesville Women’s Four Miler

Coming September 2, 2023. The largest all-women’s race in Virginia. It’s the Charlottesville Women’s Four Miler! In its 41st iteration, this race has raised over 4.2 million dollars for the UVA Cancer Center Breast Care Program with funds going to support cutting edge breast cancer research, patient education, support services, and community outreach. The course follows along a scenic stretch of the Albemarle countryside and includes lots of community support with volunteers cheering along the route and a Motivational Mile with posters displaying the names of people affected by cancer. This Labor Day weekend, race for a worthy case at the Charlottesville Women’s Four Miler!
