Coming January 15, 2018. Dream big at the MLK Day 5K! What better place to celebrate Martin Luther King Day than in Atlanta, the birthplace of this iconic civil rights leader. A family friendly 5K race held entirely in Piedmont Park in downtown Atlanta, the route covers grass, road, gravel, a wooden bridge and dirt paths. Helping to keep your pace will be the 5K Drumline with about one drummer every 50 meters throughout the route. There will be a pre-race, organized warm up, live music, free ice skating, and an opportunity to support your favorite charity.
