Coming October 6, 2012. The 9th annual Tri, Girl, Tri All Women’s Sprint Triathlon is coming up at Lake Berryessa (1.5 hour drive from San Francisco) in Napa Valley. The event includes a 500 yard swim, 11-mile bike and 3-mile run, and it’s limited to 700 participants and sells out months in advance so register asap. And if you don’t think you want to brave it alone, grab some friends and go for the relay event where you can all take turns.
