Gems of Northern Ireland with Adventures in Good Company

Adventures in Good Company is hosting a tour titled, Gems of Northern Ireland, that will explore the Emerald Isle over a 10-day period. Highlights of this tour include hiking through the beautiful Irish countryside, trekking up Diamond Mountain for panoramic views of the Twelve Bens and the coast of Connemara, travel to the Giant’s Causeway, a guided tour of Kylemore Abbey, wandering along the Famine Walk, constructed by the starving Irish during the great famine of 1845-1849 in return for food, a Black Cab tour of Belfast, plus visits to museums, national parks, castles, and quaint villages. Rated as a 2/3, participants should be in good physical condition for a moderate amount of hiking and walking throughout the tour. The Gems of Northern Ireland promises visits to historic and cultural sights as well as exploring the natural beauty of this picture-perfect island.
