Coming January 11-13, 2019. Ladies, a very special place is hosting a weekend celebrating women! The inaugural Women’s International Snow Day Celebration will be held at Silverton Mountain in Colorado and includes a guided lift ticket on Saturday and Sunday. Opened in 2002 at a base elevation of 10,400 feet and peak elevation of 13,487 feet, this is usually a reservation-only ski area with 26,819 acres of extreme double black diamond runs for only the most advanced and expert skiers and boarders. What a place! Silverston’s average total snowfall is over 400 inches and access to pristine, ungroomed slopes is by a single chairlift or via helicopter. The weekend also features Wendy Fisher, winner of two World Extreme Skiing Championships and the 1998 Pro Tour, as well as on-mountain games, clinics, swag, and parties. Silverton Mountain Women’s International Snow Day Celebration promises to be a fantastic event at this unique ski area!
