Veterans Day 10K and Tidal Basin Fun Walk

Coming November 11, 2018. This Sunday, honor military veterans and those brave women and men who dedicate their lives to the United States Armed Forces. And there’s no better place to celebrate our veterans than Washington, DC, where the Pacers host the Veterans Day 10K and Tidal Basin Fun Walk. The 10K course is scenic and flat, taking you along the Potomac River, past some of our nation’s iconic memorials like the Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial and Air Force Memorial. The Tidal Basin Fun Walk is a 2-mile distance and loops around this partially man-made reservoir between the Potomac River and the Washington Channel in view of the Martin LutherKing, Jr. Memorial and the FDR Memorial.
