CircumBurke Trail Challenge

Coming October 13, 2018. A tough event (not a race!) with rewards of sweeping mountain landscapes and Vermont fall foliage! The ninth annual CircumBurke Trail Challenge combines the top three East Burke area mountain bike networks, Kingdom Trails Association, Victory Hill Sector, and Burke Mountain Resort, to give you a 26.2 mile adventure on singletrack and doubletrack trails. It’s open to both mountain bikers as well as runners. There’s over 4,100 feet of climbing across a mix of fields, fast enduro sections, carriage roads with water bars, and gravel roads. For even more of a challenge, choose the Circumberzerker Category, where those crazy (oops, we mean fit!) riders or runners complete the route twice for a total of 52.4 miles. Expect aid stations every 5 miles or so and food, beverages, live music and swag at the end to reward you for completing this challenging backcountry route.
