Ramblin’ Rose Women’s Triathlons

Coming various dates and locations throughout North Carolina. Three women’s only triathlons in the Tar Heel State. Offered in Winston-Salem, Charlotte (Huntersville), and Chapel Hill, the overwhelming theme expressed by past participants is that this is an extremely supportive and encouraging environment. The course is a 225-250 yard swim, an 8-9 mile bike, and a 2 mile run, and you can choose to participate as an individual or as a relay team. Give this “tri” a try!
