Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon

Coming June 7, 2015. An ultra-popular triathlon in one of the most beautiful cities in the world (okay, we’re a little biased!). Mark your calendars for September 1, 2014, because that’s the date the lottery registration opens for the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. Past years have sold out within hours, so don’t be disappointed, because we just gave you the date! This world renowned triathlon takes participants on a 1.5 mile swim from Alcatraz Island to the shoreline of Marina Green, then an 18 mile bike ride through the hills of the Presidio, and finishes with an 8 mile trail run through Baker Beach. A challenging course in the City by the Bay!
