Coming November 23, 2018. Here’s a smart idea for working off those extra pounds from your Thanksgiving feast! Join the Amherst Junior Women’s Club for their 18th annual Trot Off Your Turkey 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run! The course takes you through the historic Amherst village area, a scenic route that is stroller friendly. There will be ribbons for all 1 Mile Fun Run finisher and coffee mugs for all 5K finishers, as well as awards to overall winners (male and female) and age group winners (male and female). Include the Trot Off Your Turkey 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run in your Thanksgiving weekend plans to help offset your Turkey Day feast!
