Coming February 4, 2016. Let the games begin! It’s the Empire State Winter Games, now in it’s 36th year, and there will be 19 winter sports for athletes of all levels to compete in. This regional competition includes ski orienteering, biathlon, skeleton, luge, ski jumping, snowshoe, and adaptive events to name a few. Sport venues are located in Lake Placid, Wilmington, Saranac Lake, Tupper Lake, Malone and Paul Smiths. Spectators can look forward to an exciting, brand new Opening Ceremony as well as a fireworks Award Ceremony to finish off the 4 days of competition.
