Coming February 22, 2020. Aloha! Mary Susan Stults and the folks at Strong as a Woman Summit are hosting a free adventure on the beautiful Garden Isle, titled Wahine Kauai Hike and Meditation Event. It’s a chance to join other women on a hike, guided meditation, and picnic lunch (bring your own favorite meal). The location may be Waimea, Kokee, or the Napali Coast – details will be shared closer to the date. The Wahine Kauai Hike and Meditation Event sounds like a great way to spend a Saturday, recharging and relaxing!
