Coming August 4, 2018. Head to the Jersey Shore for a premier women’s only triathlon! The Jersey Girl Triathlon starts off in the usually warm waters of Long Branch with a 300 yard swim in the Atlantic Ocean, followed by an 11 mile bike ride through a scenic flat course along Ocean Avenue with some of the best beach views around, and finally a quick 3 mile run through Pier Village center and back along the boardwalk. There will be plenty of volunteers and spectators encouraging and cheering you on with medals for all finishers and additional awards for the top ten overall and top three in each age category in five year increments.
