Coming June 2, 2018. Take the pledge: Leave the trail better than you found it. Let’s join the American Hiking Society on National Trails Day in what should be a collective quest to preserve our precious resource – public hiking trails across the United States. We all enjoy the outdoors, and it’s time to give back by participating in an organized trail work project, hosting your own trail-building event with friends or family, or simply by doing the right thing and picking up that stray piece of trash you see along your favorite hiking trail. Hit the trails and be sure to leave them better than you found them!
