Coming July 28, 2012. iTRYathlon is an empowering women’s and youth triathlon event for all fitness levels and abilities. Located in Irvine (in SoCal), it consists of a 3 mile run, a 9 mile bike ride and a 200 meter swim which is the perfect first triathlon for anyone interested in testing the waters. There are good training resources to help you succeed, so this is definitely worth checking out.
