Wawa Welcome America!

Coming June 29, 2017. Head to the city of Brotherly Love for one of the biggest celebrations of our nation’s birthday! There will be 6 days of entertainment, parties, outdoor games, free museum days, dancing, family events, concerts, and of course fireworks. On the big day, a parade kicks off the celebrations along with a spectacular five-tier cake and 2,500 cupcakes displayed in the shape of an American flag, a big concert starring Mary J. Blige, The Philly POPS BIG Band, and Philadelphia’s own Boyz II Men, and a grand finale includes two simultaneous shows, the Wawa Welcome America Fireworks over the Benjamin Franklin Parkway on the Schuylkill River and The Freedom Festival Fireworks at Wiggins Park over the Delaware River Waterfront. Honor America’s birthday in America’s birthplace!
