Coming July 14-21, 2012. For the fourth year, the team at Active at Altitude is hosting their week long running and conditioning camp for women in Estes Park, Colorado (altitude: 8,200 feet). This camp includes daily runs and conditioning sessions, including biking, climbing, hiking, pool running, yoga and more, to prepare you for your next big (or little) run. The camp includes accommodation, meals, training, workshops, a journal and, of course, a t-shirt proving you really did it. In the interest of full disclosure, these camps are really for women that can already run at least 5-6 miles at a 10 minute/mile pace, so caveat runner (“runner beware”) before you enroll.
