Girlfriends Run for a Cure Half & Quarter Marathon

Coming October 11, 2015. A women-only run to help raise funds for Breast Cancer Research, Care, Treatment and a Cure. It’s the Girlfriends Run for a Cure Half & Quarter Marathon held in Vancouver, Washington (yes, Washington, so don’t confuse it with our neighbors to the north!). The generally flat course takes you through one of the most scenic areas of the Pacific Northwest with just a couple of short hills near the end of the race. At the finish line, you’ll be treated to chocolate, fudge, cupcakes, savory treats, massages, and an amazing finishers medal or necklace placed around your neck by a FIREMAN!
