Backcountry Babes’ Sisters in the Steeps Workshops

Last time we were in Alaska, the old guy at the table said to our friend from Texas, “you better watch it or we’ll cut Alaska in half and make Texas the third largest state.” Still not sure if he was joking, but one thing we could agree on, Alaska is uniquely beautiful and has some of the best skiing in North America. Coming up in April (2012), the Backcountry Babes are sponsoring their all-women “Sisters in the Steeps” workshops including 2 days of steep terrain and backcountry skiing. You might opt for the snowcat skiing weekend… why climb those Chugach Mountains if you don’t need to? And in good form, every day includes a little yoga.
