Coming August 9, 2018. Grab your mat and get moving! The Steamboat Movement Fest (SMF) is a 4-day event filled with yoga, panel discussions, music, and summer outdoor adventures in downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Now in its fourth year, SMF aims to promote wellness and positive growth locally and globally through the intentional movement of our mind, body, and spirit. Some of the events are free or request a small donation to help raise money to support Kids Move Fest, a non-profit organization that inspires children of all ages to move more and connect with themselves.
