Coming June 22-24, 2012. Minnesota hosts the other St. Croix, that is the St. Croix river, long known to be an outstanding venue for canoeing. Wilderness Inquiry is organizing this 3-day journey for women where you’ll enjoy the 17-mile paddle downstream, gazing at sandstone cliffs, petroglyphs and wildflowers as well as eagles, great blue herons and white-tailed deer. All you’ll need is your personal gear because the folks at Wilderness Inquiry will take care of everything else, including the canoes, the camping gear and the meals.
