World’s Oldest Rodeo, Prescott, Arizona

Coming June 29, 2015. Yee haw! Head to Prescott, Arizona for the World’s Oldest Rodeo this summer. Started on July 4, 1888 as a “cowboy tournament”, offering cash prizes, this rodeo has grown to consist of eight performances, a parade in downtown Prescott, a rodeo dance and more. With a pot of over $230,000 in cash prizes, you’ll see the best of the best competing in events such as steer wrestling, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, team roping, bareback bronc riding, barrel racing, and bull riding.
