“Race for the Conch” Eco-SeaSwim

Coming July 6, 2013. Wow, a beautiful setting for an open water swim! The “Race for the Conch” is a 1 or 2.4 mile race in the gorgeous, turquoise waters off the white sand beach of Grace Bay, Providenciales, one of the many islands that make up the Turks and Caicos Islands. Open to all skill levels, the race starts off with the blowing of a conch shell and all who finish receive a medal and t-shirt while the top three male and female racers are awarded locally carved and polished conch shells.
