We’re ready for the sun! A good hat is a must for your TrailblazerGirl adventures, and our friends at Wallaroo offer a range of hats with their Explorer, being an ideal choice for sunny weather. On a mission to eliminate the threat of skin cancer, Wallaroo tests and rates their hats according to the UV radiation blocking capabilities of the materials used in the construction of each hat. The Explorer, with its 3″ wide brim, provides UPF 50+ protection, and as such, it blocks 97.5% of the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays. An interior drawstring allows you to custom fit the hat to your head, and the chin strap is handy to keep that topper where it should be when the wind picks up. Plus it’s so easy to pack, since it collapses into itself for a flat package, yet still holds it’s shape well when you’re ready to use it. Designed out of a microfiber material, we found the hat to be cool and comfortable and is conveniently hand washable. You get serious sun protection and functionality with the Wallaroo Explorer!
