America’s National Parks

Visit the great outdoors…gradually and safely! In accordance with CDC and government guidelines, some of the 419 National Parks are reopening (like Joshua Tree National Park, pictured above). Yippee! With warm weather and summer approaching, we’re all anxious to get out and explore nature. To ensure everyone’s safety and health, there are some restrictions and changes, such as limited availability of facilities and ranger programs, modified hours, encouraging the use of masks or facial coverings in high-density areas, and more. Be sure to check with each park’s website before you decide to visit, and be aware that since the parks have been closed to humans, the animals have adjusted to roaming freely, so take appropriate precautions. Recreate responsibly by practicing social distancing and get ready to enjoy our National Parks.
