Take the Blue Mountains – Six Foot Track tour, for example, a 3-day adventure filled with dramatic scenery, awe-inspiring vistas, gourmet regional foods and wines, and if you’re lucky, maybe even some friendly kangaroos. The Six Foot Track was originally an 1884 horse trail that has been converted to a 44.3 km walking trail that travels through heritage sites, heath, woodlands, and rainforest, with a good dose of picturesque waterfalls, rivers, and a unique swing bridge, before reaching the limestone caves at Jenolan. This fully supported walk covers about 19 hours of walking over the course of the 3 days.
