Cascade Bicycle Club’s Seattle to Portland Ride

Coming July 16, 2016.  The largest multi-day bicycle event in the Northwest. It’s Cascade Bicycle Club’s Seattle to Portland Ride, formally known as the Group Health STP Presented by Alaska Airlines. Over the course of 2 days, this 200+ mile ride will take you from the University of Washington campus through the valleys, forests, and farmlands of western Washington into the Beaver state’s largest city of Portland. Most of the ride is on rural, rolling roads but beware of the infamous “Big Hill” at the 45-mile mark – a mile long stretch with about a 7 percent grade. In its 37th year, the STP is limited to 10,000 riders and has sold out every year, so be sure to sign up now!
