The world’s longest cycle route. The North Sea Cycle Route gained this official distinction in 2003 and follows the coastline of the North Sea through England, Scotland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium. It is more than 3,700 miles and is a well-signed, mainly flat, paved road with ferry links covering the non-land portions of the route. Journey through quaint villages, peaceful countrysides, bustling metropolitan cities, and historic areas. Accommodations include hotels, bed and breakfasts, hostels, and campsites. An epic beauty of a bike trail for TrailblazerGirl cyclists!
