A bike lock that kicks butt. That has to be what the folks at Knog were thinking when they put together the Straight Jacket Bike Lock. This is one solid piece of steel shackle (ahem, chain). Yea, at a couple of pounds, it may weigh a bit more (you can handle it), but no one is gonna come up on you while you’re handling this piece of metal. The Knog designers smartly thought to put a nylon cover around the steel shackle (ahem, chain) so it doesn’t scratch your bike. With the rather pretty colors, this is definitely an example of walking softly but carrying a big stick… and your bike will surely appreciate the protection.
