Soooo cool and all year round! You may recall the ICEHOTEL in Sweden that is a unique lodging experience created fresh every winter. Well, those clever folks have now created the new ICEHOTEL 365, a permanent structure carved out of ice, snow, and “snice” – a mixture of snow and ice made of water from the nearby Torne River. There are 20 suites, an ice bar, and an ice gallery, with an inside temperature of minus five degrees that is maintained by a refrigerating plant. During the summer, this area celebrates 24 hours of daylight (Land of the Midnight Sun), so they’ve smartly powered the plant with solar panels. The ICEHOTEL 365 is a chilling adventure all year long!
