Cute name for cute water bottles! Swiggies are mini water bottles, curved on one side to form to your wrist and fasten with an adjustable, elastic velcro strap. They come in pairs and hold a total of 8 or 11 ounces of water. We froze them, strapped them on, and headed out for a run. They were a welcome coolness on our wrists and after a short time, the ice melted, and we were left with refreshing cold water to keep us hydrated!
