ACE Conservation Vacation – Grand Canyon NP

Various dates in 2014. Looking for a vacation with more substance? Try American Conservation Experience’s (ACE) Conservation Vacation to Grand Canyon National Park. This non-profit organization has a number of voluntary service programs that contribute to the environmental restoration of America’s national parks, wildlife refuges, forests, and other public lands. Grand Canyon National Park is a beautiful setting to participate in this worthwhile project. You may be removing invasive species, repairing fencing or performing light trail work for 8 hours each day with time in the late afternoon and weekend to explore the park or just relax. Transportation from the airport to Grand Canyon National Park, food, tent and camping facilities, a weekend cycle ride along the rim of Grand Canyon, and visit to the National Geographic Visitor Center are included.
