Stainless steel with a unique twist… our friends at Liquid Hardware have two bottles: the non-insulated Outrigger and the coming soon vacuum-insulated Sidewinder (a Kickstarter Project, click here to learn more). Both are made using food-grade stainless steel so they don’t hold any smells or aftertaste, but what makes them rise above other bottles is their patent-pending Quick Stick Lid, a “magnetic tether” that automatically attaches to the bottle. Fun fact: the lid can also be used as a compass. Just float it in a bowl of water, and it will point to magnetic north. Yes, we tested it, and it works! And for folks not familiar with the company, Liquid Hardware donates a percentage of their profits to environmental causes and PKD (polycystic kidney disease) research, so be sure to check out these great products made by people doing good.
