Another eco-friendly product from our friends at LastObject! Earlier this year, we introduced you to LastSwab and LastTissue, fabulous, reusable beauty and everyday use items that are environmentally conscious, and now those innovative folks at LastObject have been busy creating LastRound, a reusable and sustainable alternative to those single-use cotton balls and pads. In each pastel colored case comes 7 individual rounds that can be used about 1,000 times, thus saving the 2,640 gallons of water that would have been used in the cotton production process. Wow, that’s a significant amount of water! Plus, think how much space you’ll be saving in storage with one hockey puck-sized LastRound versus 1,000 cotton balls! Designed in Copenhagen and made in Denmark, these rounds are formed out of 70% wood fiber and 30% cotton. Once you wet them with water, they soften so that you can apply your toner, serum, or makeup remover. When done, simply wash them with a bit of soap and water and store them in the case. So easy! With only 2 days left to support them on Kickstarter (to date, they have already far exceeded their goal!), don’t miss out on the opportunity to be one of the first to get LastRound before the end of the year!
