LastTissue

As promised, here’s the soon-to-be-released product from our friends at LastObject…LastTissue! Cutely described as “if a Kleenex pack and a handkerchief had a baby”, each LastTissue pack contains six cloth “tissues” that can be reused over 480 times each. The tissues are made out of 100% organic cotton, and the colorful case is designed out of medical grade silicone that is dishwasher safe. Here’s how it works: store the tissues in the case with the top tissue being the one that has a silicone label on it (this acts as the barrier or divider between the unused and used tissues). Pull a clean tissue from the bottom of the case, and place the used tissue back in the case on top of the marked tissue. When you get to the tissue with the label, it’s time to pop all the tissues in the washing machine. Repack the case, and you’re set to go! You can feel good about saving some trees – note that every year around 8,000,000 trees are cut down to make facial tissues for the US alone. Yikes!
