Huaka’i Luau

Come find your ohana at the Huaka’i Luau! Yes, family is a big theme at the newest luau on Maui, the Huaka’i Luau, held beachside on the grounds of the Ka’anapali Beach Club, overlooking the islands of Molokai and Lanai and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Large communal tables encourage getting to know your neighbors and throughout the 2-hour event, the MC engages the crowd to interact at this family run luau (the husband won last year’s Hawaiian Idol competition!). If you’ve been to a luau before and weren’t jazzed by the food, you will be treated to a delicious surprise, as this feast is exceptional. You’ll find the usual kalua pork, poi, lomi salmon, and ahi poke, and other yummies like taro rolls with lilikoi butter, seared Mahi Mahi, and short ribs with a mango BBQ sauce.
