You’ve heard of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Well, how about the U.S. Bicycling Hall of Fame?! Founded in 1986 in Somerville NJ, it moved to Davis, California in 2010. According to their website, “its mission is to preserve the history of American cycling in order to educate people about the past and encourage them to participate in the future of the sport”. Exhibits include a large collection of bicycles, photographs, awards, posters, periodicals and racing apparel from the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries.
