YMCA Turkey Trot, Buffalo, NY

Coming November 28, 2013. The OLDEST consecutively run footrace in North America! The YMCA Turkey Trot held on Thanksgiving Day in Buffalo, New York was established in 1896 and is only 5 months older than the Boston Marathon launched in April 1897. It’s a fun, 8K route that you can run, walk, or jog. Though registration for this year’s race is currently full, head over there to cheer on the racers, buy souvenir gear and check out the creative costumes that will sure to be entertaining.
