Coming November 2, 2013. Chocolate…fresh air…running? Try the Mud & Chocolate – 4.5 Mile Run in Redmond, Washington. A beautiful trail run through Hemlocks and Douglas Firs, and there may be a little (or maybe a lot!) of mud since it’s Washington! The moderate trail is well groomed with some rolling hills and is appropriate for beginners. There will be loads of chocolate at the finish and a chocolate medal to all those that complete the race. A sweet trail run!
