Coming October 27, 2013. The weather is getting a little nippy outside, so why not head to Barbados for their Open Water Festival next month? Enjoy the beautiful warm weather for a day filled with fun recreational water events. There are open water 1.5km and 5km races, relay races in kayaks and on stand up paddle boards, and a water polo match. Events take place on Carlisle Bay, a calm, crescent shaped bay bordered by a mile of white sand beach. Watch for those sea turtles, tropical fish, and sea horses!
