Coming November 7, 2013. Okay TrailblazerGirls, looking for some sun? Join She Runs! for their San Diego Retreat and spend a weekend filled with workout activities and lectures and ending with a 5K or half marathon. There will be BodyCombat (mixed martial arts class full of energy and fun!), Yoga for Runners, Plyometrics & Strength Training for Runners, Pilates, and since it’s southern California, Beach Volleyball, of course. There will also be a surprise workout that they call The Amazing Race. The 5K and half marathon will be on trails in a beautiful setting of rolling hills around Lake Hodges.
