It’s easy to eat your veggies with these chips! Our friends at Pulp Chips have created some deliciously addictive snacks. Pulp Chips have a satisfying crunch and flavor, and yet they are made from fresh-pressed vegetables. What do they mean by fresh-pressed vegetables? It means that they have taken the fiber-rich pulp that juiceries create when they make their juices along with farm-fresh surplus organic produce from local farms and made very good use of what would normally be tossed out. The pulp is heated at high temps for a short time, then flash-fried in oil to complete the drying process so that you get a crispy crunch. One serving has 140 calories, slightly less that your typical potato chip serving, but you get the benefit of having 5 grams of dietary fiber (which is pretty much nonexistent in regular chips). Choose from 4 flavors: Jalapeño Lime, Barbecue, Salt ‘n’ Vinegar, and Sea Salt. Pulp Chips have turned veggies into chips, and no one will be complaining about eating their veggies with these delicious snacks!
