Since the new Prodigy XS by Perception Kayaks is a modestly sized, light-weight (27lbs), recreational fitted boat, it makes a perfect choice for smaller paddlers who want a lot of options at a very affordable price. The Prodigy XS has the Zone EXP back band, a Zone seat pad, Zone Knee Pads, a bow deck bungee to keep important items secure, slide-lock foot braces, a lowered deck for improved visibility and its compactly sized hull isn’t too wide (just 23in) so it’s all easier to handle while paddling. A small and nimble option for some of us littler people.
