Welcome to Whitepod… your eco-luxurious alpine hotel with 15 dome-shaped “tents” overlooking the village of Les Cerniers in the Swiss Alps. Each “tent” (notice the quotes because that word tents doesn’t really do these justice) includes a wood-burning stove and a private bathroom. But have no worry TrailblazerGirls, the resort that sits all around you also offers skiing (using their own private ski lift), snowboarding, snow-shoeing and even dog-sledding as well as the always appreciated spa treatments. Guests can gather for meals in a central chalet or can arrange for dinner to be delivered straight to their “tents” (yes, we’re going to keep doing the quotes for this whole review). So consider this carefully… if you truly, truly want to get away from it all, maybe the best way to do that is to take a magical journey to the Swiss Alps and stay in a “tent.”
