It’s a bandage made out of bamboo! Yes, our friends at PATCH have produced a line of Bamboo Bandages that are an eco-friendly alternative for wound care. Noted as the first 100% compostable (including their packaging) and hypoallergenic bandages, they are made with organic bamboo fiber and are free of plastics, paraben, latex, silicone, and harmful toxins. Individually packaged strips come in a standard size, are sterile, soft, flexible, breathable, and stay put. Choose from 4 formulations: Natural (for minor cuts and abrasions); Coconut Oil (enriched with coconut oil in the gauze to help soothe minor abrasions and provide long lasting support for sensitive skin); Aloe Vera (enriched with aloe vera extract in the gauze to help repair and soothe burns, blisters and minor abrasions); and Activated Charcoal (enriched with activated charcoal in the gauze to aid and help draw out impurities and infections from minor wounds). Panda-friendly and eco-friendly, it’s PATCH Bamboo Strip Bandages!
