Kiehl’s Pure Vitality Skin Renewing Cream

Mmmm honey…but this is honey for your face, not your morning biscuit! Our friends at Kiehl’s sent us their new product called Pure Vitality Skin Renewing Cream that uses two powerhouse traditional medicine ingredients: New Zealand Manuka honey and Korean red ginseng root. Honey has been used for centuries for medicinal purposes, and Manuka honey, produced in New Zealand by bees that pollinate the Manuka bush, is an especially potent honey in terms of having the highest polyphenol level of all honeys which helps to fortify the skin barrier, thus increasing your skin’s ability to recover. The Korean red ginseng root is a botanical that helps to increase cell turnover rate, improve texture, vitality and glow. We were super happy to test this cream out and especially liked putting it on at night since it is so moisturizing and hydrating.
