Coming September 9, 2012. America’s #1 Rough Water Swim is the La Jolla Rough Water Swim (near San Diego). This will be the 82nd annual (since its inception over 95 years ago), and there will be both a 3 mile swim (the Gatorman) and a 1 mile swim (the Masters) for women. Not for the faint of heart, the rough water swimmers are expecting choppy waters, but if you can do it, you have some genuine bragging rights.
