These are well-made gaiters with a waterproof and breathable upper portion and strong, durable lower portion. They fit snugly and comfortably around your calf (available in 5 sizes) with an adjustable strap at the top to synch as tightly as you need. There’s a handy shoe lace hook which slides under the laces of your shoe or boot to keep it pulled down, and the adjustable arch strap is a smooth, tough plastic that looks like it will hold up well. The waterproof zipper has an extra pull tag on it that will make it easy to use once the cold weather hits and you have gloves on.
