Coming November 26, 2015. Another in our series of Thanksgiving Day runs to help you “get in shape” for the eating festivities! This is the Plymouth Rock ‘n’ Run 5K/10K in North Orange County, California. Both the 5K and 10K course are run over varied terrain (paved roads, trails, and gravel) that is generally pretty flat. Proceeds from this chip-timed race go to a charity that supports spinal cord injury research. Post-race celebrations include a costume contest, music, food, freebies, and fun!
